The Scenery Supplies online directory is the evolution of 3 successful print editions in 2006, 2007 and 2008. The directory was originally distributed to over 1500 industry contacts throughout New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. In 2008 we extended our distribution and listings Australia Wide. The directory was sent to designers, art directors, supervisors, managers, coordinators and buyers in film, television, theatre, events, production and construction companies.
Over the last 3 years by using our extensive contacts and practical experience we have established Scenery Supplies as a major source of information for the industry. Coupled with our own online advertising we quadrupled the number of potential buyers within only 6 months of our online directory launch in early 2008.
We consult with industry buyers across Australia to keep our supplier database up to date and relevant. We bring you a select list of businesses that are familiar with the high demands of the entertainment industry.
Director & Editor Fergus Leese brings 19 years of experience to Scenery Supplies. His entertainment industry experience includes Stage and Production Management, Props Buying and Lighting Design for theatre; Event Coordination; Construction Coordination and 8 years as a freelance Construction Buyer for feature films and major events.
